Anna Vigil
Community Based Program Coordinator
Anna oversees the Community Based Program and works in creating positive one-to-one relationships between the child and an adult. Anna is also a Big Sister and would like to encourage others to be a part of something BIG! Anna is currently an NMSU student, she holds an Associates degree in Criminal Justice and is currently working on her BA in Family and Child Science. Anna was born in Las Cruces and raised in different areas of New Mexico. She has always been interested in working with at-risk youth. She has worked with a diverse group of kids and loved every minute of it. In her spare time she has always been in the interest of others, spending her time volunteering as a Big Sister and a Mentor to other local youths, helping friends and family and participating in fund raisers/charity. Her hobbies depend on the mood she is in that day, she relies on her talents and her imagination to keep her busy. Anna loves to travel and hopes to see the world one day, but she says "for now the desert will do." anna.vigil@bbbs.org
